Community
Some ask why we would consider helping so many non-profits with their events. Well, that’s a good question, with several answers. Non-profits typically have a small number of staff who wear many hats, and typically they don’t want to,
don't enjoy, or don't have time to put on fundraising events. Lucky for you, we do.
Whether it’s coming up with a unique theme or concept, finding the right venue, décor, and menu, or day of set up and coordination, we'll do what we do best. That means you can get back to spreading the cause, shaking hands, and raising funds for your organization.
To do this we offer the following services:
Event Consulting
This services gets you four dedicated hours with our team. We will schedule a meeting and talk about your fundraising efforts, your event plans (current or future), marketing, budgets, and anything else you want us to dig in to. We can make recommendations, help you form new plans, re-format your current concepts, etc. This also includes additional time outside of the meeting to draft and send any plans, concepts, or recommendations discussed during the meeting.
Event Planning + Management
Whether you need support with your upcoming event during the planning process, or the month-of, we can assist with all your needs! We can help with the planning of your event with themes, vendors, venues, dates, contracts, etc - or we can help with the management side in logistics, staff, volunteers, set up, breakdown, etc. This does not mean our team comes in and takes over, but it does however provide your person, team, or committee needed assistance to help guide them through the process. The best part? We offer these services at a special rate for our non-profit friends. (Ask about applying for our FREE planning services)

LexEffect wants to offer additional support to our local community. Partial proceeds from the events we produce for the public will go to The LexEffect Giving Fund. This fund will accept applications from registered non-profit organizations starting November 2nd, 2018 for the 2019 year. Funds will be un-designated and can be requested for special projects, technology, equipment, operating costs, and other needs.
Please check back on November 2nd to download the open application. All applications for the 2019 year are due by November 16th, 2018 via email to community@lexeffectky.com. Please do not call regarding the applications, all questions should be directed via email. Organizations will be notified in early December of their acceptance and will be presented a check on December 9th at an appreciation luncheon.
