COMMITMENTS

AT LEXINGTON EVENT COMPANY, WE HAVE COMMITMENTS our foundation was built on…

Sustainability | inclusion | social impact

SUSTAINABILITY

We work with our clients to ensure events are sustainable, resourceful, and responsible - as much as feasible and reasonable. This includes environmental impact, carbon footprint, food waste, limiting single-use items, and more. We also support, and encourage our team to support, non-profits in Kentucky who are working towards a similar mission. We are proud members and supporters of MUSE, and partner with other agencies and vendors who are working towards the same.

diversity & inclusion

We believe that we have a responsibility as event planners to ensure that everyone has access and inclusion to these events. This includes access to the physical space, the content, and the event information - inclusion in the marketing, communications and distribution - and diversity & inclusion in the representation throughout the event. It is our mission to ensure that no matter ones appearance, ability, or otherwise - that folks always feel included, connected, and welcomed at events we produce and within our company. We work with our clients and a number of consultants to review event formats to ensure these needs are met.

social impact

We believe that it’s important to pour into your community. As such, we’ve made a conscious effort to help as many non-profit and charitable organizations as possible. Whether through donations, volunteer hours, or support with branding, events and fundraising - our goal is to leverage our network and talents to help further their mission. We encourage our team to engage in organizations that are meaningful to them - and we support a number of charitable organizations through the company, as a whole. As a company, we offer a number of services for non-profit organizations. Reduced rates are offered, as we understand that non-profit organizations typically have a lower budget and a smaller staff.

Event Consulting

This services gets you four dedicated hours with our team. We will schedule a meeting and talk about your fundraising efforts, your event plans (current or future), marketing, budgets, and anything else you want us to dig in to. We can make recommendations, help you form new plans, re-format your current concepts, etc. This also includes additional time outside of the meeting to draft and send any plans, concepts, or recommendations discussed during the meeting.

Event Planning + Management

Whether you need support with your upcoming event during the planning process, or the month-of, we can assist with all your needs! We can help with the planning of your event with themes, vendors, venues, dates, contracts, etc - or we can help with the management side in logistics, staff, volunteers, set up, breakdown, etc. This does not mean our team comes in and takes over, but it does however provide your person, team, or committee needed assistance to help guide them through the process. The best part? We offer these services at a special rate for our non-profit friends. (Ask about applying for our FREE planning services)
